Here we are, the mother daughter duo you just can’t forget. We have chosen to work together on this new endeavour and build the Liva Real Estate group, pairing each of our strengths and filling in each other weaknesses. Oleksandra comes to the team with numerous years of experience in real estate and the many years’ prior of owning her own business, having the experience and business acumen to get the job done, and done at a high standard. Oksana on the other hand comes to the team with a fresh set of eyes on the real estate industry, looking to use her education to better the industry, personal skills to build relationships with her clients and her tech-savvy skills to build an online presence. Whether working together or apart our goals are the same, happy clients, its that simple. We are here for you, not as salesmen but as guides in achieving your real estate goals.

I am a second generation REALTOR ®, entering this great industry just over 5 years ago. Since then I have focused on my client goals first, making sure they are happy with the process and most importantly with the results - finding home. Over the last 5 years, I have had the previlage of assisting over 100 families, amazing to say the least. Working at one of the largest brokerages in Edmonton - RE/MAX River City has been an honor, being next to industry leaders and eventually becoming one myself. In 2021, I was a Platinum award winning agent & in Edmontons Top 15% of Realtors ®.
Prior to entering this new chapter in my life, I worked tirelessly throughout and put myself through the University of Alberta, completing my Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction. Attending the Alberta School of Business was an invaluable experience and I received a high calibre of education that I will now take and use in my real estate business. Combined with my work ethic and drive, I will use my educational background to develop a custom marketing plan to help sell your home, utilize my learned negotiation tactics in receiving the price you’d like in the home selling/purchasing process and lastly – and most importantly - I will do the countless hours of research so that we are supported with all the facts and knowledge about the latest real estate trends, look for homes that you may not have even known about and develop a custom comprehensive market analysis. At the end of the day I am a hard working, continuous learner, eager to gain experience in all areas of real estate, now just waiting to work with you!

I came to Edmonton from Ukraine in 1999, since then I have seen this city grow and become the beautiful city it is today. My love for this city paired with the joy I receive when I help people find their dream homes is why I became a real estate agent in 2011.
Over the last decade, I have had the privilege of meeting and helping families make the next step in their lives, whether that be moving into their first home, relocation, finding investment opportunities or selling their home. I do so by building a relationship with each of my clients, learning about their goals, desires and most importantly who they are as individuals.
